ENTER THE Dragon!

To usher in the year of this magnificent mythic creature, we felt an irrepressible urge to romp around an old dragon playground in Toa Payoh, dressed in cheery crimson outfits and cloisonne jewelry.

This particular one in Toa Payoh was designed in 1979, drawing inspiration from the ubiquitous Oriental dragon in Chinese culture. It is also one of the very few vintage playgrounds left on the island.

We’re pretty sure your relatives would be well-pleased when you show up at their doorstep dressed in prosperous crimson shades.

Forgive us. Couldn’t resist. Knew it was bad, but still forged ahead.

So anyway, ho ho ho! It’s that time of the year again to hum Christmas songs, fret over pressies, and dress up!

And for that last purpose, we are proud to present Lucinda Law, a stunning lecturer at Lasalle College of the Arts, in our very special “Black Christmas” collection: a limited range of fabulous black dresses that are so jaw-dropping and so different from anything else out there.

For one, there is a beautiful 1980s Romeo Gigli pleated maxi dress with a skirt so full, you could wrap it around you or bunch it up over your head – not that you would, but you could.

And then, there’s a super sexy bodycon number by French designer Sophie Sitbon with a collar so intricate, you won’t need jewelry to stun ‘em.

There’s also a lovely bustier gown with a gigantic black and white bow on a fishtail hem – absolutely bewitching!

Black, festive, glamorous and all that.

GET GIRLY, get flirty, and get playful with playsuits and jumpsuits!
