• Granny’s Day Out (“www.grannysdayout.com”) maintains this site (the “Site”) for your shopping, entertainment, information, education and communication. Your use and purchase of products from the Site is subject to the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) and all applicable laws. • Granny’s Day Out will accept returns on any item over S$80 for store credit. Purchases S$80 and under are not returnable. Granny’s Day Out does not give refunds – only store credit on www.grannysdayout.com.
To return an item:
1. Email info@grannysdayout.com within two days that you want to return the item, and then mail it back to us or drop it off at our physical shop. When we receive it, we will send you an email notifying you of the amount of your credit. Your credit will be the total purchase price of the item, minus shipping charges.
2. If you don’t see anything that you want right away, it’s OK. The credit will not expire, and you can use it at any time. You can also use your credit in increments over time.
3. In order for your credit to be given, the item needs to be returned to us in the same great condition that we mailed it out in.
4. Please note again that shipping charges are not refundable.
• Granny’s Day Out reserves the right to amend prices at their own discretion without further explanation.
• Granny’s Day Out retails vintage items. As the goods are either pre-worn or have been kept for a long time, unless otherwise specified, there may be flaws inherent in the nature of vintage products. We try our best to describe any blemishes we have noticed.
• Although we also try and provide the most accurate sizing information possible, measurements can only be a close approximate. Please check measurements carefully before purchasing.
• Granny’s Day Out does not share your personal information with any outside party. You are asked to provide personal details purely for security reasons.
• grannysdayout.com may from time to time change the Terms and Conditions that govern your use of the Site. Using the Site following any such change, modification or update constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms and Conditions as changed. Features and specifications of products described or depicted on the Site are subject to change at any time without notice.
