Regular customer Si Wei is always on the look out for casual vintage dresses that she can wear to work and for weekend outings.
Here are two dresses she just purchased from GDO: A sweet floral wrap dress with roomy pockets that she can wear on the weekends, ( yes, she’s the lucky lady who snagged this dress that was featured earlier today), and a fun floral+polka dotted printed dress which is great for both work and play!
The dresses certainly bring out her bright and sweet lady-like personality! 🙂
The picture on this vintage 1950’s/ 60’s porcelain brooch portrays a courting couple where a man is serenading his lady with a guitar, while the woman is holding a basket of flowers on her lap and has her hand holding a bouquet of flowers reaching out to him.
The picture was originally painted by a French painted called Jean-Honore Fragonard ( the painting has the artist’s name below the man’s feet), back in the 1700s.
This lilac vintage dress is soft, feminine and beautiful, and perfect for when you want to feel pretty.
The stunning part of this dress (Size: M) is its bottom half, where a layer of the fabric is cut in a jagged manner, much like a giant leaf falling from the sky. With gathers on the front of the bodice to emphasize the bust, and smocking at the back for a comfortable fit, it’s one dress you don’t want to pass up.
We pair it with a classic black 1940s evening bag, and faux pearl waterfall earrings from the 1950s.
