SO, EVERYONE can see what you put in this see-through bamboo bag with all its slats, but who cares, cos it’s so cute!
How funny that we’ve come across such a similar piece to one that we blogged about previously, another cane bag that was identical to a piece featured in a book.
Anyway, we love this bag for its whimsicality. Definitely a head-turner and conversation piece.
Just a thought… Things not to put in this bag: toothpicks and guitar picks! :O
THIS ITEM HAS BEEN SOLD.
THESE TOUGH leather bags with its famous duck logo are a classic in the vintage world.
Sold for at least US$200 in the 1980s, they were made with 100% cowhide, some waterproof. The quality is superb, the leather possessing a distinctive pebble grain leather texture. Dooney and Bourke bags were so popular in the 1980s and 1990s, like leather brand Coach, they were often copied with many fakes in the market.
We love them for their detailing and steadfastness, as well as their timeless appeal. They come in lovely neutral shades of brown, black and maroon.
We have a few in store – come down and have a gander!
THIS IS the original saddle bag that really looks like a horse’s saddle!
This unusual shoulder bag from Mexico has lovely details – a suede saddle, buckles, straps, and a wonderfully embossed floral pattern. The leather is thick, hand-tooled, and stitched along the edges. The inner part of the saddle is lined in synthetic fur.
It’s roomy enough for stashing loads of things that girls just love carrying around – a makeup case, a water bottle, a book.
SOLD! Sorry, guys. Only one piece!
